The Peruvian Paso Horse is more than just an equine breed; it is a cultural symbol that represents the identity, history and traditions of Peru. Through the Peruvian Paso Horse Cultural Association (ACCPP), we have worked to consolidate its legacy, promoting spaces for dissemination, training and exhibition that keep this heritage alive for future generations.
Space dedicated to teaching and promoting Peruvian equestrian tradition. Here, Marinera a Caballo classes are taught, equine therapy programs are developed, and seminars and workshops on its history and technique are organized, strengthening the link between the horse and Peruvian identity.
The National Cast of the Peruvian Paso Horse, recognized by the Ministry of Culture, fuses the skills of the Chalán, the Amazona and the dancers on foot. For their part, the Amazonas of Lima are a group of women passionate about the Peruvian Paso Horse, who have promoted the role of women in the equestrian world.
An international event organized every October, it brings together more than 12 countries, highlighting the importance of the Peruvian Paso Horse as an icon of Peruvian identity, consolidating its presence in the global equestrian arena and integrating tradition, art and competition.
The ACCPP organizes exclusive meetings and events for its members, encouraging active participation and strengthening the equestrian community. These activities include horseback riding, camaraderie lunches and specialized advice, promoting experiences among those passionate about the Peruvian Paso Horse.
ACCPP develops equine therapy programs aimed at people with different abilities, promoting their physical and emotional development through the bond with the horse. We also carry out inclusive and socially responsible activities to bring this tradition to vulnerable communities.
The Peruvian Paso Horse Cultural Association not only works to preserve an equine breed, but also to spread a cultural legacy that has been part of Peru for centuries.
Our work focuses on ensuring that this tradition remains alive, relevant and accessible to new generations, integrating it into cultural, educational and tourist spaces.
Through music, dance, art and history, the Peruvian Paso Horse remains a symbol of Peruvian identity, uniting people of all ages and regions in an expression of pride and passion.
If you share our vision and wish to be part of this cultural community, we invite you to join our mission.
